In the event of client cancellation refunds will be issued at the discretion of the directors and only in exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a development being cancelled by a developer, a full refund of the reservation fee and finders fees will be made, providing that the company has received written notification by the developer of cancellation and within 90 days of the reservation date. After this time has elapsed the reservation fee will be returned in full and finders fees in the form of a credit note issued against a future purchase from the company.
